<Glamour> PVE Raiding guild Information - Progression

Hello!
<Fight Club> is a PVE guild on classic-world.net . We are raiding between 3-4 raids per week from 19.00-23.00. During the weekends we might go progression runs and other times will appear.

Our guild is build up with the hordes most active and geared players. We stand for activity and dedication.
At this moment we are the #1 Guild on this server but we are fighting against the alliance guild "Grotesquery" so expect some serious competition in the near future.

This is what we recquire for our guild members.

Regular activity : Attend atleast 2 raids per week. Gear up in 5mans/UBRS next to the raids. We don't want people who only show up when it's raiding time.

Dedication : You must be dedicated in PVE and accept wiping on a boss 5 maybe 10 tries before downing him. We will do progression runs when harder content is released.

Gear : You must constantly strive to upgrade your gear from 5mans/UBRS not just raiding. (This is connected to the Activity)

English knowledge so you can easily understand when tactics are drilled on vent/ts and in raid warning.

Guild Spirit : We're all united by our common goal to be the #1 guild on this server. We help eachother and act nice to everyone in the guild. ALWAYS stand up for your common guild members.

Preparations : We expect YOU to bring Consumables (Pots + Elixirs) and even food to the raids. ALWAYS full prepared before entering a raid.

Raid RULES + DKP Information

You shall be online 15min before the raid is scheduled.

You shall be ready 10min before the raid is scheduled with all your consumabled and repaired gear.

If it's ZG or AQ20 (20man raids) you might not get a spot. We pick the best setup group, becaus otherwise we will not succeed in downing Hakkar. If it's MC/BWL/AQ40/Naxx everyone can expect a spot since we are not filling a 40man yet. BUT be ONLINE on the 20man nights, it's only a couple of guys who can't fit in.

If you must leave before the raid is scheduled to end you MUST say so to the raid leader BEFORE you join the raid. Otherwise it result in minus 10-20 DKP.

DKP Gain :
You gain this!

10DKP for a farm kill. ( In Molten Core it's 5 for a farm kill )
15DKP for a new boss kill.
25DKP for a new Major Boss kill.
End of the raid DKP for activity MIGHT be given out during progression runs.
People dashed out in consumables recieve +DKP of 5-10 during the raid.

DKP Bidding
We are using open bid system so you will do your bidding in raid chat.
The minimum overbid = 5 so for instance if a guy bids 10 you can bid 15 as lowest.
If you go ALL IN : let's say thats 50DKP you can still be overbidded but a guy may choose to bid 50 and then roll with you for the item. The Winner pay the DKP. (50)
